Judith Lafon, Research Assistant

On July 16, 2007, Judith Lafon joined Hospitality Talent Scouts as a research assistant. Judith brings over 25 years of human resources and administration experience to Hospitality Talent Scouts. 
 

Prior to joining Hospitality Talent Scouts, Judith was employed by food giant H.J. Heinz Company, where she headed the administrative support for the Chief Human Resources  Officer.

 

Judith began her career with PNC Financial Services Group, where she was employed for over 20 years. As a senior human resources representative with PNC in their staff services line, Judith was involved in the administration and implementation of human resources programs, policies, procedures, and strategic plans. Judith conducted interviews and handled other human resources responsibilities and requests.

 

Judith brings a wealth of human resources knowledge to Hospitality Talent Scouts from two world-class organizations, H.J. Heinz Company and PNC Financial Services Group.
